At the same time, the website was changed to a new theme, changing the appearance and layout. This was done primarily to allow deeper page hierarchy -- the former horizontal menu layout only allowed 3 layers of document hierarchy. With the addition of many operating details, another layer or two of hierarchy became necessary.
